Enrollment

Reserves a spot for your child at OLV School for the 2021-22 School Year. Completed form and $50 (per child) registration fee should be returned to OLV School by April 30th. The form will not be considered complete if missing authorized signature and the $50 registration fee.

FACTS

FACTS is mandatory!  OLV uses the services of FACTs Tuition Management.  The policy of OLV is that all tuition is to be paid through the management system.  All families must be enrolled with FACTS and all payments must be made through the practices of the company.  Go to the FACTs website to create your account.  For assistance, contact the Rectory (828-9419) or email Cathy Derousseau.  If you are a current FACTs family, you will rolled over to the new year, no need to reapply, however, you should update any account changes and information.  

 

CPG

Catholic Parishioner Grant (CPG) is for families that are not members of OLV Basilica Parish, but a member of another parish in the Diocese of Buffalo.  Your Pastor must sign the form to attest that your amily is active in the parish, participates in parish life and gives witness to their faith through attendance at weekend Mass.

BISON Fund

The BISON Fund is a privately funded tuition assistance program for low-income children and families. To apply or for more information, please visit the BISON Fund website. Families without computer access may apply online at the school. For assistance, call the school to setup an appointment at 828-9435. BISON Fund support is not available for Pre-K students.

 

Sister Ellen O'Keefe Angel Fund

There is a limited amount of tuition assistance available in the form of the Sister Ellen O'Keefe Angel Fund.  Aid through the fund will be considered for the neediest families (must apply for and meet the Bison Fund income eligibility guidelines) and tuition payments must be current.  Applications are processed through the FACTS Grant & Aid web portal at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3MFPV.

 

Financial Aid:

• Each family will be charged full tuition with no discounts until notifications have been received from Bison Fund and/or OLV Financial Aid.
• All adjustments to tuition will be made after financial aid determinations are made
• After determinations are made, if refunds are necessary they will be reimbursed as funds are deposited into each family account (e.g. Bison funds are deposited twice a year)
• Pre K is full tuition with no discounts. NO EXCEPTIONS
• All families who qualify for Aid should apply
